Exclusive Heddle loom scarf workshop using 100% hand spun alpaca yarn

9.30am – 2.30pm approx

This workshop is a very exclusive release. Join us for the day to make your very own winter scarf using our artisan alpaca yarn.

Hand spun, textured yarn, which creates a lovely warm scarf, grown by our alpacas, washed and spun by us, all on the farm.

For the warp thread we use 100% cotton thread, meaning you end up with a natural and sustainable garment made by your very own hand.

Due to the artisan nature of the the garment you will create, this workshop is very limited in availability.

Your day will begin at 9.30am. We will teach you how to warp your loom using the special cotton warp thread, we will progress to teach you how to weave the alpaca yarn you choose to create your truly artisan product.

Each wool cake will be named according to which alpaca grew the fleece. you will have the opportunity to meet and feed the alpacas, and so meet the alpaca who supplied the yarn you are using! A very special opportunity!

Bring along your lunch, we will keep you supplied with tea and coffee throughout the day.

You will also  receive as a special gift, a hand made pom pom keyring, made from the alpaca yarns you choose to weave with, with name tags, so you will always remember who grew your yarn.
